What Jacksonville Homeowners Say About Bradford Remodeling Co Jacksonville
Reviews tell you what a contractor is like after the quote is signed, the drywall dust settles, and the final inspection passes. We earn ours one project at a time in neighborhoods across Jacksonville, from Riverside to San Marco to Mandarin. Homeowners share what actually happened on their job site: the written price they got before work started, the crew that showed up in uniform, and the 365-Day Done Right Promise they received in writing at close-out. That’s what these testimonials reflect.

“Our kitchen on the Southside had water damage hiding behind the cabinets, and the substrate under the tile floor was soft in three spots. Bradford’s crew pulled everything out, replaced the damaged subfloor, and reinstalled KraftMaid cabinets with new Cambria countertops. Curtis walked us through the rough-in schedule before electrical and plumbing were touched, so we knew exactly what was happening each week.”

“We hired Bradford Remodeling Co Jacksonville for a whole-home remodel in Riverside after getting three bids. Their written price included every line item down to the soffit repairs and door hardware, and the number did not move once. The crew wore uniforms, showed up when they said they would, and the project finished two days ahead of the schedule they gave us. That’s rare in this city.”
Nathan S. – Riverside, Jacksonville
“The garage conversion in Mandarin was a bigger job than we expected once the existing framing was opened up. Bradford found termite damage along one wall and stopped work to show us photos before doing anything. They replaced the sill plate, pulled a permit revision, and kept the written price intact except for the change order we signed knowingly. No surprises, no pressure. Curtis runs a disciplined job site.”
Jasmine W. – Mandarin, Jacksonville
“Our master bath remodel in San Marco hit a snag when the old cast iron drain line crumbled during demo. Bradford’s plumber repiped the waste line, and the tile crew rebuilt the shower pan on a proper mortar bed, not a pre-formed foam insert. They explained the difference and why it matters in older Jacksonville homes. The 365-Day Done Right Promise was in our hands before final payment.”
Karim K. – San Marco, Jacksonville
“We had a bad experience with another Jacksonville contractor who kept changing the price mid-job, so we were cautious going into our kitchen remodel. Bradford handed us a written scope of work with fixed pricing for Wellborn cabinets, Kohler fixtures, and Caesarstone counters before we paid a dollar. They redid a section of crown molding that didn’t meet their own standard, unprompted. That’s what the Garrison Standard actually looks like.”
Miguel M. – Murray Hill, Jacksonville
“Bradford remodeled our laundry room and a half bath after a supply line leak in Avondale. The crew replaced the damaged subfloor, hung new drywall, and reinstalled the James Hardie paneling outside where the plumbing chase penetrated the exterior wall. My wife appreciated that the techs were background-checked and easy to identify. I appreciated that the written guarantee covers the work for a full year, no gray areas.”
