How long does the Bradford Remodeling guarantee last?
Every completed project carries the 365-Day Done Right Promise, a written guarantee covering workmanship and the installation of materials we supplied for one full year from job close. Does the guarantee cover materials, or just labor?
The 365-Day Done Right Promise covers our installation work in full, and it covers how the materials we supplied perform as installed. Many of the brands we work with, including KraftMaid, Wellborn, Cambria, Kohler, GAF, and James Hardie, carry their own manufacturer warranties with documented specifications. If a material fails under its manufacturer warranty, we’ll help you file the claim and we’ll handle the labor to make the correction. The goal is one point of contact: you call us, we figure out which warranty applies, and we get it fixed.
What if something goes wrong after the first year?
The 365-Day Done Right Promise covers the first year in writing. After that, we’re still the contractor who did the work, and we don’t disappear because a calendar flipped. Will the price change once work starts?
No. The written price you approve before work begins is the price you pay.
